Ernie has been practicing in community pharmacy for 15 years. He has since opened and operates multiple pharmacies and currently serves as CEO of Mannings-Confucius Pharmacy group. His experience ranges from starting new practices to acquiring and restructuring old ones, as well as managing daily operations to global executive decision making. 

Ernie graduated with a doctorate of pharmacy degree from the Long Island University of Allied Health Sciences. In 2009. In 2019, he is certified by the American Board for Certification in Orthotics, Prosthetic, and Pedorthics as a fitter of mastectomy and orthotics. Ernie was recognized by the IFAH as a “Top 100 Healthcare Leader” in June 2019 and a “Top 100 Healthcare Innovator” in April 2021. He is an active member of the CPC leadership Council as of May 2021.
