- Receive and review patient referrals, prescriptions, and supporting documents
- Verify insurance eligibility and benefits with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercialplans
- Enter patient and order information accurately into company systems
- Communicate with physician offices and referral sources to obtain required documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams to support timely processing and fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with HIPAA and internal standards
- Identify incomplete information and escalating issues when needed
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Prior healthcare intake, medical office, pharmacy, or DME experience preferred
- Fluency in Chinese and English required (spoken and written)
- Strongattention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortablewith computer systems and data entry
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a team environment
