Ernie has been practicing in community pharmacy for 15 years. He has since opened and operates multiple pharmacies and currently serves as CEO of Mannings-Confucius Pharmacy group. His experience ranges from starting new practices to acquiring and restructuring old ones, as well as managing daily operations to global executive decision making.
Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Greg Fletcher has more than 30 years of executive financial leadership experience in a variety of industries. He has led all financial, human resources, facilities, legal, risk management and regulatory compliance functions at both private and public companies.
His depth of experience includes acquisitions, dispositions, raising capital, rescuing troubled financial departments and developing financial organizations from the ground up. Greg is a Certified Public Accountant, licensed in Georgia, and a Chartered Global Management Account as certified by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
Zach Harbort is a seasoned professional with 10+ years of leadership, engineering, and product experience in the U.S. and Germany.
Although he is a software engineer by heart, he has served as technical cofounder and/or founding member of businesses in the Energy, eCommerce, and Financial Technology sectors touching over a quarter of a million active users worldwide.
As a fractional CTO, Zach now focuses on aligning and adding value to companies looking to take it to the next step: maturing their technical footprint, commercialization, and operational excellence.

David attended St. John’s University and graduated with a Pharm.D. in 2016. David has managed every aspect of Mannings 8th Ave Pharmacy when he became the pharmacist-in-charge in 2017.
He continues to put the effort in to make operations efficient and maintain the highest standard of quality to his patients.
David has expertise in our Specialty Pharmacy program committed and dedicated to providing positive treatment outcomes to his patients by utilizing up to date resources and knowledge.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Currently, Jeffrey Fidelman manages a 40 person management consulting firm in parallel to being a freelance CFO himself, focusing on providing strategic services to early-mid stage companies.
As a consultant/freelancer, he has acted as an interim-CFO/COO for 30+ companies and funds. A few highlights of Jeffrey’s career outside of consulting include being a partner at a VC fund, banking with Morgan Stanley and HSBC as well as co-founding a real estate brokerage.
Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Alex brings a wealth of experience in revenue operations, process optimization, technology implementation, and operational efficiency. In his role at Mannings, he focuses on establishing the right processes and leveraging technology to enable the team to operate at peak effectiveness. Alongside his work at Mannings, Alex serves as president of a marketing and development agency and manages operations for a VC-backed InsurTech company. With a strong technical foundation, Alex is dedicated to helping our company achieve operational excellence and driving scalable growth across his ventures.
